**Your new company**
Our client is one of Australia’s largest Federal Government Department operating across all states and major cities.

**Your new role**
This role will have the right person performing the following duties:

- Processing invoices
- Managing escalated enquiries that have been filtered through from the Call centre team
- Stakeholder management with the vendor
- NO Inbound Calls
- Setting up Vendors
- Following Processes
- Correcting Vendors/invoices as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An existing Baseline Security Clearance is highly desirable
- The ability to pick up systems quickly and easily
- Capable of following processes
- Fast learner and enjoys learning new skills
- Previous experience in administration is preferred
