**Your Role**
As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and organised workspace, and support the team in delivering exceptional dishes to our customers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients in line with our recipes and standards.
- Supporting kitchen operations, including cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Following food safety and hygiene guidelines to keep our kitchen safe and compliant.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Someone passionate about food and eager to learn about Greek cuisine.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
