**Your new role**: Our QLD division is currently looking for a full time Marrel/Hook Truck Driver to join our team based at our Kunda Park, QLD yard. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be primarily responsible for providing timely collection services with a focus on safety, customer service, punctuality and a great flexible attitude. **Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring efficient service to customers/clients by collecting full scrap metal bins, and/or delivering empty bins, in a timely fashion.
- Communicating with management to identify any industry movement and activity, or any on-site concerns regarding OHS, environmental or collection issues arising.
- Work in accordance with a daily plan for routine collections.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with our site safety, environmental and quality procedures.

**To be successful you will have**:

- HR license with previous experience in a Marrel/Hook truck.
- Excellent customer service ethic.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Adaptable to respond to transport and operations requests.

**It will be of added advantage if you have**:

- Previous experience in a similar industry.
- Tickets to operate various load shifting equipment such as excavators.
