Quest Mascot is under new management. 91 -Keys property located 650 meter from Sydney Domestic Airport and walking distance from Mascot Train Station.
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead and develop the Front office team.
This position involves managing and leading the front office team in providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk. The position also involves working closely with the Hotel Manager on recruitment, appraisals and team management for the front office team.
The successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.
Previous experience in a Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager role is essential and experience with managing small team would be an advantage. Experience with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be flexible and available to work shift, weekends and public holidays based on the business needs.
