**The Role - Pizza Maker**
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Pizza Maker** to join our busy kitchen. In this role, you’ll prepare high-quality pizzas using fresh dough, premium toppings, and traditional stone-baking techniques. You’ll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure every pizza meets Ferraro’s standard for flavour, consistency, and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, stretch, and top pizza dough to order using Ferraro’s recipes and methods
- Operate and maintain our stone-based pizza ovens
- Ensure quality control and consistency in every pizza
- Assist with prep for sauces, toppings, and other menu items
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff for smooth service
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of dough handling and pizza preparation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
- Passion for Italian food and authentic cooking methods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: $49,900.00 - $70,000.00 per year
