This is an exciting opportunity for you to step into a Civil Designer role at a well-established civil engineering consultancy in Brisbane.

Joining an office of 30, you will be working across large-scale urban development projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

This is an office run by five Directors, all with solid teams underneath them. Projects are generally with long-term, tier 1 clients and can last up to 30 years. This kind of repeat work is rare and encourages longer tenure in the team.

Your role will include:

- Preparing detailed designs for bulk earthworks, drainage, roads and stormwater
- Preparing Bill of Quantities and other documents
- Coordination with clients, other consultants, internal engineers, senior civil designers, and draftspersons for the documentation of civil engineering projects
- Planning and completion of design projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.
- Use of 12d & AutoCAD software

You will need:

- At least 4 + years of experience as a civil designer in a design environment
- A relevant TAFE or Associate’s Degree in civil engineering
- The ability to work unrestricted in Australia
- Good knowledge of 12d
- Exposure to urban / land development projects would be a bonus
