South West Care Services Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS Service Provider. We specialise in providing In-Home Care and Community Access to our Aged and Disability participants throughout Central Sydney and Greater Sydney.

As a Support Worker you will work with empathy to complete a variety of domestic, social, respite and personal care services to ensure a quality life with dignity, respect, and social inclusion.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support participants in a social, recreational outings and domestic duties.
- Transporting and accompanying participants to access community activities/services.
- Delivering personalised active support in a one-on-one setting.
- Following daily tasks instructions based on the participants needs.
- Providing personal care, food preparation and domestic cleaning.

**Role Requirement**:

- Qualification in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or Aged Care.
- Current NSW driver’s license
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Police Check
- NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain)
- Registered Vehicle (not a must)
- COVID-19 Vaccine Digital Certificate

Generous salary available for the right applicant, including travel and shift allowances.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
