Stop searching, we have the right opportunity for you As Local Integration manager, you will play a key role to implement and, further develop the new frontier of the LEGO Marketing planning formula. You are going to be a game changer for one of the most loved brands.

**Core Responsibilities**- Act as role model contributing to drive the OESP planning mentality shift- Lead the local OESP campaign planning process by planning key steps, coordinating the relevant collaborators to ensure an excellent OESP process execution- Support Brand Manager to prepare coordinated briefing and identify relevant channels specialists to attend briefing session and to respond to brief- Ensure the coordinated response addresses the brief and delivers a real channels touchpoint integration- Actively work with Global and Regional Integration Managers to maintain an editorial calendar across channels and touchpoints- Ensure alignment with global/Regional Integration manager

You will be part of the ANZ Marketing Team who excel in converting first class consumer and shopper insights into compelling, creative and innovative business and communication programs, under pinned by a strong commercial understanding and focus. The Integration manager role will sit in the Marketing Planning dept and will be driving the development and deployment of the new OESP marketing planning formula

**Do you have what it takes**:
- Educational background in a marketing or business development or strategy- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing related fields- Experience with coordination of a diverse panel of collaborators, leading cross functional projects- Ability to encourage and motivate others to embrace new ways of working- Great teammate that thrives when working in an environment of high level of uncertainty, change and ambiguity- Resilient and recovers quickly from setbacks and able encourage and empower team - also during challenging times.- Proficient in English- Experience delivering innovation projects through agile and scrum methodology incl. experimentation and piloting- Passion for and experience with leading, coaching and guiding teams and individuals- Worked on projects end-to-end (from strategy development to idea creation and development to launch)
