**About Us**

We're a family run business that uses fresh produce sourced locally and authentic delicacies found abroad to fill Italian bread rolls with cured/grilled meats, cheeses, vegetables and an array of condiments. We also serve coffee, cold drinks and alcohol to accompany our food.

**About You**
- Barista experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- High personal presentation
- Availability to work flexible hours

**Key Responsibilities**
- Basic food preparation including chopping and portioning
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained
- Comply with required Food Standards practices
- POS operator (Square)
- Processing delivery platform orders (UberEATS, etc)
- Monitoring stock levels
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintain a safe working environment for other team members and guests
- Deliver a high standard of service with products, sales and our customers

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
