We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced **female support worker** to provide individualised support to a vulnerable client in the community. This role involves both in-home and community-based support, including transport and engagement in meaningful activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal, emotional, and social support tailored to the client's needs
- Assist with community access, including driving the client to appointments and activities
- Promote independence and build a trusting relationship
- Communicate effectively with coordinators and maintain accurate shift notes
- Work within a trauma-informed and person-centred approach

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a support worker role
- Current **driver’s licence** (full licence required)
- Own reliable, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current **Working with Vulnerable People Card (Tasmania)**:

- Relevant certificate or training in disability, mental health, or community services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

**Preferred**:

- Understanding of trauma-informed care
- Experience supporting clients with psychosocial disabilities or complex needs
