**What will you do?**
We are seeking to engage a Consultant to join our Contaminated Land / Natural Resource Management Team to expand on the team’s recent successes with major infrastructure, mining, transport, aviation, Defence and energy projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the responsibilities of the position and the key things you will do to ‘ _bring ideas to life _’.
- Delivering exciting projects for a range of clients across private industry and government, ranging from small to large in scale
- Collaboration with our project delivery and technical specialists at local and national levels
- Understanding client needs and delivering sustainable outcomes and closures
- Drafting the compilation of complete project reports/deliverables
- Opportunities to manage multiple project teams or resources, including active office
- and field-based coaching and mentorship

**What can you bring to the team?**
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.

You will also need relevant tertiary qualifications and experience delivering contaminated land projects and;
- Sound technical skills in contaminated land assessment and remediation projects and a deep understanding of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 and National Environment Protection Measures and other current and emerging Western Australian legislation, standards and guidelines for contaminated land. Working knowledge of legislation and guidelines in other Australian states is a plus
- The ability to question the ‘why’ and challenge the status quo
- High level of organisational agility and the ability to navigate and manage complex issues and ability to work independently with support from technical directors
- A strong professional work ethic and commitment to health and safety for yourself your team, subcontractors and clients
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to present relevant information in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written format
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in contaminated land consulting and tertiary degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science or related degree (i,e, Geology).
