Apprentice Baker

_Breadhaus_ (Altona Meadows) is an independent bakery which has positions available for Apprentice Bakers. The Apprenticeship is completed in three years.

The role will be comprised of:

- Mixing dough
- Hand moulding
- Topping pizzas and savoury rolls
- Icing sweet products
- Preparing retarders for the next day
- Sourdough production
- Good food hygiene practises

Skills we look for:

- Can-do positive attitude

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altona Meadows, VIC 3028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

We have a rotating roster and a great experienced crew. We want you to bring a great attitude and willingness to learn. It's a bonus if you already have experience in a bakery.

We are based in the western suburbs in Altona Meadows.
