Point Clare OSHClub is looking for a passionate Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, leading a team of Educators at a service on the Central Coast. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for those looking for a step up in their career, willing to support the Lead Coordinators and Senior Coordinators, actively assisting with broad service management and contributing to quality programming.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
You'd be working Monday - Friday 6:45am - 8:45am (Rise then Shine program) and 2:25pm - 6:30pm (Stay and Play program), plus additional admin hours. You can also pick up extra hours during the school holidays
