**Office Admin - Claims Officer**
Australian owned Manufacturing Company, Reln Pty Ltd are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the position of Claims Officer. The role is pivotal to the business and responsible for managing the growing list of customers of the business.
Reporting to Finance Manager, key duties of the Claims officer include:
- Receiving claim notifications and enquiries
- Determining liability and communication outcome
- Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end
- Taking ownership of the claim by ensuring there is regular and proactive follow-ups and phone contact to drive outcomes
- Liaise with all relevant parties, while providing regular updates on the progress of claims.
In order to be successful, the following competencies are required:
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- High Level of claims administration
- Experience in handling claims from initiation through to completion/settlement.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively handle difficult conversations
- Data Entry
- Microsoft office skills (Word and Excel)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: From $53,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
