**Macpac Winter Season**

Casual position available to be part of our Macpac Belconnen store. A range of hours and flexible working arrangements are available. Hours will be rostered across both weekdays and weekends. We are looking for people with flexible availability to increase hours as the need arises.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is _preferred but not essential_... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.

Our culture is genuine and our team truly live and breathe our ethos. We encourage our team to live their passion, by training them to be knowledgeable with firsthand experience of our products. Basically, you don't have to be a technical outdoor equipment expert to join (if you are though we definitely want to hear from you). Our team like nothing better than sharing their knowledge and will be happy to train you if you are keen to learn.

**As a Casual some tasks you can expect could include.**
- Providing an in-store experience that inspires and empowers our customers
- Engaging with our customers by sharing your product knowledge and experience
- Receipting, replenishing and merchandising
- Keeping up to date with current and new products in our range
- Working in a team to achieve goals and objectives together
