**The role**:
We are looking for our next Brand Lead to join the Sydney team and be responsible for the management of our Ready To Heat brand, Youfoodz. This includes developing distinct brand positioning, developing the brand plan and identity for Youfoodz.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing ANZ, you will establish brand plans and processes for the Ready To Heat brand with a clear focus on growing the total addressable market for the group. Most importantly you'll thrive in a fast-moving, data-led decision-making environment as you play a leading role in changing the way Aussies eat.
**_ Please note, this is a 9 month contract._**
**You will**
- Lead brand management for Youfoodz including the development and execution of the brand plan and budget
- Contribute to HelloFresh Group's multi-brand strategy, ensuring distinct identity for the Ready To Heat brand
- Lead the development of Ready To Heat brand activities in collaboration with local growth marketing teams that deliver clear business outcomes
- Manage brand campaigns for Youfoodz, including the development of insight led creative briefs with a clear focus on business KPIs
- Identify and deliver new brand partnerships for Youfoodz in collaboration with the growth marketing and product teams
- Collaborate with the PR Team to deliver PR campaigns for Youfoodz in line with brand positioning
- Initiate and conduct consumer research to generate actionable local insights
- Lead alignment on Youfoodz product development, packaging design and in box experience in close collaboration with the Product Innovation, Operations and Global Brand Teams
- Develop and deliver price worthiness initiatives for Youfoodz
- Measure success of Youfoodz brand campaigns and deliver Post Campaign Reports in alignment with the Global Brand Team
- Manage and develop two high performers in specialist areas of Ready To Heat Product Marketing and Marketing Communications
**You have**
- A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
- 5+ years experience leading and building a team
- Demonstrated experience with agency management and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated experience working with brand management in a Retail, Telco or E-Commerce business
- Strong problem solving skills with structured thinking and approach
- Commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management
- Ability to look at the big picture and also expert in campaign execution
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Exceptional project management expertise across multiple complex and evolving projects

- Knowledgeable about brand marketing, led by consumer insights and driven by delivering business results
- Focused on results, data driven in nature and able to analyse information from multiple sources to inform decisions and present in a compelling, succinct way to stakeholders
- Confident in making decisions and backing up with data, presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment

**Start Date**:Jan 2nd (potentially earlier) for 9 months
**Duration**:9 month parental leave. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
