Position Purpose

The Nutrition Bar Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nutrition bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service, product quality, and sales performance. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational management to drive the success of the nutrition bar, while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in café or customer service roles.
- Valid barista qualification.
- Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred).
- Availability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated passion for health, nutrition, and achieving sales targets.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legal right to work without restrictions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)
- Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)

Position Overview
- Supervise daily operations and oversee Customer Service Representatives in collaboration with Management
- Prepare and serve beverages such as smoothies and coffees according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Achieve sales targets for the nutrition bar by effectively promoting products and engaging with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Work in collaboration with the manager and product development teams to enhance brand awareness and successfully launch new products, achieving predefined sales goals.
- Perform administrative tasks including Inventory management and stock procurement.
