**About the Role**:
We are seeking experienced and strategic leaders for the roles of Inclusive Support and Advice Lead (Adelaide) and Inclusive Practice Lead (Statewide Inclusive Education Services, Henley Beach). These positions provide statewide system leadership in supporting children and students with disability.
**Inclusive Support and Advice Lead**:
- Oversee key initiatives including the Site Support Function, Inclusive Support and Advice operations, and Preschool or Disability Advice and Research streams.
- Offer best-practice, future-focused advice on policies, programs, and learning environments that promote inclusion and enhance educational achievement and participation of students with diverse needs.
**Inclusive Practice Lead**:
- Provide direct support through advisory services, Teams, centre consults, and site visits.
- Advise on personalised learning processes for educators, parents/caregivers, and external agencies.
- Manage the provision and use of specialized technology, resources, and equipment.
- Develop and deliver training packages.
- Lead specialized intervention services, including Conductive Education and Assistive Technologies.
- Oversee projects focusing on evidence-informed practices, programs, supports, and adjustments to deliver strategic priorities.
These roles are critical in promoting inclusive education and ensuring that students with diverse needs achieve their full potential.
**Eligibility and Special Conditions**:
Applicants must be either currently registered or able to be registered to teach in South Australia. If not permanent with the Education Department, applicants must meet the department’s minimum employment requirements before taking up an appointment.
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
STL3 $143,545 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
