**Sales & Marketing Coordinator**.

**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Director of Sales and partnering cross-functionally with other areas of the business, you will drive the execution of improved processes, communication, direction & guidelines to the national sales team.
- Working internally, you will provide timely and accurate reporting to these business units, so they also can perform at their best. This will include agent sales reports, budget reports, product performance reports
- Developing client proposals to meet customers’ needs, your written communication is a stand out
- You will develop and implement marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness or promote new products or services
- And you will assist in the coordination of customer exhibitions, presentations & trade shows, so if you have a creative eye as well this is a real opportunity to put that to good use.

**What it Takes**:

- Experience within a wholesale B2B environment that is fast paced, is critical
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service externally and internally; you are the ‘go-to’ person for the sales team, you know what is going on and when.
- Intermediate to advanced skills working with Sales & CRM related databases along with knowledge of the Microsoft suite. Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing would be an added bonus
- Experience working with and communicating with external parties, you are the brand ambassador for the business
- Strength in **organisation, time management and attention to detail** is paramount
- A fun-loving attitude where you work hard and take great pride in what you do and how you do it.
