**Sandwich Hand and prep.**
**We are looking for an autonomous person to be responsible for this section. This person will be part of a small dedicated team focusing on quality and consistency for our customers. This person will be reporting to our cafe manager.**

Duties will include:
Sandwich preparation, baking pastries and cakes, salad preparation and some short order menu items.

You will be responsible for ordering produce in your section and keeping ingredient par levels.

You will be responsible for rotating stock ingredients to minimise wastage.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience in food prep and service but isn't wanting the high pressure of a full kitchen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $40,752.05 - $50,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paddington, NSW 2021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Kitchen prep: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
