Located in the iconic seaside town of Lorne in Victoria, Ipsos Restaurant and Bar is a full service, premium-dining restaurant that specialises in Greek and Mediterranean food and has an impressive wine selection.

We are seeking skilled and experienced Premium-Dining Waiters to join our vibrant and dynamic team on a full-time, or casual basis.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the industry and values being part of a supportive team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming customers and settling them in to the restaurant
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving drinks and food
- Up-selling food and drinks, including premium wines
- Clearing and setting tables for service
- Assisting with cleaning restaurant when required

Applicants must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Must-haves
- Experience in a vibrant high-volume restaurant
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and an interest in all thing’s food & wine
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings & weekends 
- Whilst it is our preference to employ from the local labour market, we will consider people already in Australia and who hold visas with working rights. We will also provide a pathway to permanent residency for the right applicants.

Annual salary offered $65,000 - $75,000 (plus Superannuation)
