Hammond Optometry is located in Nambour on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are an independent boutique practice committed to providing tailored vision solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

We pride ourselves on providing premium patient experiences and a range of beautiful frames to suit their needs, which is why we are looking for an Optical Assistant or Dispenser to support our growing business.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will bring your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication skills, customer service and team focus to our business.

The successful applicant will:

- Have experience within an optical practice
- Have confidence with a natural flair for colour and style
- Be a strong communicator with ability to build rapport
- Be detail orientated with an initiative to take on tasks that require attention
- Be a team player with the ability to work independently
- Be dedicated to their career and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work Saturdays

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The successful person will be working within a team of professionals who are patient focused, efficient and effective. An understanding of customer needs is paramount.

The role will see you:

- Working with the team to provide personalised solutions for our customers
- Driving sales through exceptional retail skills and knowledge
- Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
- Providing exceptional patient focused service
