We have an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Coordinator to join our team join our team, providing quality care and activities for school-aged children in our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) service

Your Role
- Deliver a responsive leisure-based program reflecting the service philosophy, My time, Our Place framework and the voices of children
- Create engaging and inspiring learning environments for children.
- Contribute to planning, documenting, and implementing an early childhood education program within MTOP that reflects each child’s learning and growth.
- Maintain an engaging, safe, and aesthetic learning environment based on the knowledge of the child, children, MTOP, and National Quality Standards.
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with fellow educators to support each other’s professional development and to utilise a variety of teaching strategies, including intentional teaching, reflective practice and continuous improvement that provides quality education and care of children.
- Support commitment to inclusion and access to a quality early childhood education program for all children and families, treating all children and families with dignity and respect.
