**Subcontractor Opportunity - Office Cleaning (8 Sites Across Melbourne)**

Renova Facility Group is seeking a **reliable and experienced cleaning subcontractor** to look after **8 office sites across Melbourne**.

This is a **subcontractor role**, ideal for an independent cleaner or small cleaning business.

**Job Details**:

- **Locations**: 8 office sites across Melbourne
- **When**: After **5:00 PM**, any day of the week (flexible)
- **Type**: Subcontractor role - you manage your own schedule within the timeframe

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of office spaces (desks, floors, kitchens, bathrooms)
- **Emptying bins** and ensuring proper waste disposal
- **Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface wiping**:

- Reporting any **maintenance issues or damages**

**Requirements**:

- Must have **your own cleaning equipment & supplies**:

- Must have **reliable transport (own car)**:

- Previous office cleaning experience preferred
- **Police Check** required
- **Right to work in Australia**
