Our Customer Service Centre is open from 6am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We’re offering 6am to 2pm, 7am to 3pm and 8am to 4pm shifts currently to cover the entire day. **Responsibilities**:
From the first inbound call requesting to place an order and arranging the customer’s delivery, your role will be to ensure that ‘our tradies’ have the product they need to continue the job they’re doing.
- Can you balance sales and service?
- Can you take an inbound call and turn it into a sales order?
- Are you ready and willing to work in a fast paced phone environment?
- Do you want to work in a collaborative and supportive team?

Are you familiar in working across various systems [CRM] to capture customer data and POS to complete the order?

If you’ve answered Yes to the above, then this just might be the role for you.
