We are seeking an **Apprentice Gardener** to join our clients expanding gardening team. The role will involve working with experienced and qualified team in maintaining our client's gardens. This role would be suited for someone who has a passion for gardens and wants to gain horticulture skills and experience on the job in a professional environment whilst working towards a qualification in Certificate III in Parks and Gardens.

Monday to Friday | 7am to 3:30pm | Melbourne Location | RDO | FullTime Hours | $15.00 - $22.00 per hour + allowances

**Certificate II in Horticulture (Pre-apprenticeship) REQUIRED**

- An enthusiasm to learn this great trade
- Valid driver’s license (essential) / Own transport
- Clean and tidy presentation

**Duties**:

- Lawn mowing
- Plant pruning
- Hedge trimming
- Fertilisation treatments
- Chemical and organic pest control
- Garden Edging
- Irrigation
- Turf Installation
- Soil Testing and Cultivation
- Planting
- Mulching garden beds
