**Food & Beverage Staff at That Dumpling Place**

We’re looking for dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team at _That Dumpling Place_. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and are eager to work in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, we’d love to hear from you

**Position Available**:

- **Food & Beverage Staff**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- Seat and assist guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle phone inquiries and take reservations
- Take orders and process payments independently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Responsible for managing and serving alcoholic beverages (where applicable)
- Independently assess and resolve any unexpected situations (e.g., guest complaints or issues) to maintain customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A keen eye for cleanliness and organization
- The ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but not required
- A passion for good food and providing excellent service
