**The Role**
Ventia are seeking a Site Leader to ensure that all elements of the Defence Clothing Store based at the Barracks in Enoggera are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing, leading, directing and co-ordinating the operational aspects of the store
- Responsible for site monitoring, verification and reporting of operational performance standards
- Ensures operational adherence to Defence policy and procedures
- Financial and commercial performance of the site
- Analyse of performance and recommend improvement strategies
- Point of escalation for issue resolution
- Provide leadership and guidance ensuring effective, efficient, and best practice contract, business and people management aligned with Ventia’s management processes
- Drive a culture of delivering customer and shareholder value
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.

**Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- Minimum three years’ experience in a logistics environment
- Demonstrated experience in management of Stores /or relevant operations
- Experience within Defence sector (highly regarded)
- Experience with MILIS, CSA, PIMS and a knowledge of the ESCM (highly regarded)
- An ability to interact effectively with staff, subcontractors, senior military officers and Client representatives.
- Be eligible to hold a Defence Security clearance. As a result of this requirement the incumbent must be an Australian Citizen.
