We are searching for someone who would consider themselves both very
organized and very flexible. The job would require both good skills in human
resources and in administrative work.
You would need to be ready to assist the business in various tasks including:
general administrative work, recruitment, the onboarding of new staff, helping
with the structure and creation of standard operating procedures, assistance in
organizing payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assistance in all recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Process and upload all induction meeting paperwork.
- Assist employees with administrative tasks and issues.
- Assistance in company payroll of staff.
- The creation and organization of spreadsheets.
- Help the COO and CEO with organization of plans, strategy and data.
- Become fully conversant in all company HR related matters.
- Understand all Company HR procedures and processes
- Assist with any Employee Relations cases.
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams.
- Manage any long-term sickness absence and escalate as per Company
Procedure.
- Assist with the Social Committee and attend meetings.
- Set up and run employee workshops with regards to HR topics/matters.
- Organize and setup of staff contracts.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingswood, SA 5062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
