**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Part time, 0.8 EFT
**Location**:Moorabbin and Waverley campuses.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Appointment is Ongoing, with a 6-month qualifying period.

Be a vital part of the Community and Social Studies department within the esteemed Faculty of Health Science, Community and Social Studies. Our department is at the forefront of delivering courses across the social services spectrum, dedicated to providing top-notch education in both the VET and higher education realms.

We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll work in collaboration with other Teachers for the development of delivery and assessment tools, ensuring top-notch education and training for areas such as Family Violence, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, Counselling, and Housing and Homelessness. Your focus on students' needs and dedication to educational excellence will be paramount as you tailor teaching and learning to suit the diverse requirements of students within our specialized educational setting.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in teaching vocational and/or higher education, with expertise in developing and implementing training and assessment strategies to meet both student and course requirements
- Current industry knowledge directly relevant to the training and assessment being delivered.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with team members, promoting a supportive and inclusive work culture.
- An approved degree or diploma in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
