**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable **female support worker** with experience in aged care to support our wonderful client, **Janette**, a 70-year-old woman living with dementia in the heart of **Newtown, Sydney**.

Janette is a vibrant and active individual who requires **assistance with personal care** and **social support** to help her maintain her daily routine and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and assisting with personal care tasks, including showering and grooming
- Supporting Janette on local walks and outings
- Accompanying her to the gym (just down the road), where she follows a simple and easy-to-support exercise program
- Providing friendly and engaging companionship

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A female support worker with **experience in aged care or dementia support**:

- Kind, patient, and proactive in promoting client independence
- Someone physically capable of walking and supporting light mobility tasks
- Available for **3-4 days per week**, approximately **3-4 hours per day**:

- Ability to start **immediately**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 15 per week

Work Authorisation:
