Do you _live_ on Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and YouTube tutorials? Are you just as confident behind the camera as you are editing in Premiere Pro with a coffee in hand?

**Superior Hair** - Australia’s go-to brand for premium hair extensions - is on the hunt for a creative powerhouse who can film, edit, and ideate scroll-stopping content across all our digital platforms.

**The Role**

We’re looking for someone who can turn everyday moments into viral-worthy content and bring our brand to life through video. From creating behind-the-scenes content at shoots to directing influencer-style ads, you’ll be at the heart of our brand storytelling.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Film and edit high-quality content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), marketing, and digital ads
- Direct, shoot and produce in-house campaigns, tutorials, customer transformations, and interviews
- Work closely with our creative and marketing team to concept and execute content ideas
- Manage lighting, sound, and camera gear both in studio and on location (gimbal, DSLR, lighting kits)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form social-first pieces
- Keep up to date with social trends and platform changes to keep us ahead of the game
- Organise and manage footage, assets, and deliverables to meet content calendars and campaign deadlines

The Person We’re After
- At least 2-3 **years’ experience** in videography and editing
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** (After Effects skills a bonus)
- Solid understanding of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear
- A strong creative eye for framing, movement, and style
- Can work solo or collaboratively - filming, editing, and directing with confidence
- Experience producing video content specifically for social platforms
- A natural problem solver who can adapt on the fly and pivot when needed
- Passionate about beauty, fashion, and content that feels modern and authentic
- Bonus if you have experience working with talent or influencers on set

Pay: $49,900.00 - $91,642.97 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:
