Our Collections team is responsible for both Telco (Dodo and iPrimus) and Energy (Dodo Power & Gas) portfolios. We’re looking for a talented Credit specialist to join our Dodo Collections team on a 12-month fixed term basis. In this role you will be responsible for the delivering on our credit and collections strategy through efficient, scalable, and compliant operational processes.

We’re a small and nimble team, so you will be involved in both hands-on and strategic work. We need someone is inquisitive, is process oriented, enjoys problem solving and is always looking to deliver brilliant business and customer outcomes.

**What you’ll be doing day to day**
- Maintaining oversight of our credit rules and partnering with our frontline teams to consistently improve the quality of our customer base.
- Managing the daily collections activities of our team in Manila which includes and is not limited to, monitoring of service levels, collection rates, resources, team productivity and effectiveness of our collections strategy.
- Partnering with our hardship team to ensure customers receive the best advice and support for their specific situation, while ensuring 100% compliance with applicable regulation.
- Managing stakeholder relationships to escalate matters that impact credit and related activity, to align to key business objectives and importantly to improve the customer experience.
- Working diligently to ensure all processes are compliant to the relevant regulations.

**What you will bring to the table**
- You’ll have experience working in relevant role in the utilities sector.
- Demonstrated ability in building, running, and monitoring an effective credit risk and collection management framework, with a strong understanding of financial hardship.
- Experienced in balancing financial and customer outcomes to deliver results.
- Be effective at engaging a diverse stakeholder group to drive outcomes.
- Ability to lead and motivate offshore phone-based credit / collections teams.
- Good communication, negotiation & relationship building skills.
