Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '**Test Lead**'.

**Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen.**

**Key Criteria**:

- The test lead will be responsible for engaging with participants and providers directly.
- Quality management of testing for the development and execution of **test** plans tests scripts and reports to ensure the quality of our products
- Skilled at testing systems, processes and methodologies
- Strong co-ordination and planning skills to support test execution including ability to review tests and reprioritise if required.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to support working across multiple teams, products and stakeholders
- Ability to define the scope of UAT and BVT testing within the context of each release / delivery
- Ability to understand complex solution designs and translate them into Test cases
