Cloverdale Group are seeking an experienced garden and property maintenance person to join our team based in North Geelong.

**The Role**:The role will require someone who can drive standards, is comfortable with machinery, and is able to work into the evening as needs required (not permanently).
- Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, floor buffing, steam clean carpets and other duties.
- Mechanical Cleaning (Buffing, Pressure Cleaning, Steam Cleaning, Windows)
- Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
- Operate garden maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs.

**About you**:Knowledge of cleaning techniques along with the ability to use cleaning equipment (Buffer machine, Scrubbers, Vacuums) will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to tow a trailer
- Experience using power tools / operating machinery and mechanical cleaning equipment.
- General handyman tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Manual drivers licence (Essential)
- Valid Police Check (within 12 months)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Property Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Police Check (within 12 months) (preferred)
- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
