**Purchasing Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Manager to own and optimise the entire Purchase to Pay side of Domains current and future business model. _Based out of either our Sydney or Melbourne office_, this role will see you managing a team and developing appropriate practices and policies to ensure the purchasing and supply function can support the delivery of company operational and strategic plans. You will oversee the development of the purchasing team, ensuring the right skills and expertise will accommodate Domain’s strategy. You will have a process improvement mindset and be proactive in ensuring our operational processes align to best practise, whilst identifying areas of improvement and automation to reduce rework and deliver significant value to the AP team and across the entire finance area.

**Who are you?**
- Have experience in leading and training a team
- Develop and implement a decentralised purchasing process and build your team to manage Domain’s future growth
- Have proven experience in implementing and rolling out P2P processes and improvements in a business environment
- Show strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make suggestions for improvement
- Have excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders alike
- Be proficient in working with medium to large ERP Systems
- Have a process improvement mindset
