Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate educators to join **Prince Charles Hospital Early Education Centre (EEC)**. We have openings for:

- **Assistant Educator**
- **Lead Educator**

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options available)
**Location**: Chermside
**Compensation**: Up to $39/hr + super + 10% retention (based on qualification and role)

**Assistant Educator**
Provide high-quality care and education for children while supporting the room leader and contributing to a collaborative, engaging environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0-5 years
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work under the guidance of Lead Educators

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
- Current Blue Card
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for outdoor, nature-based education

**Lead Educator**
Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0-5 years
- Mentor and support Assistant Educators
- Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
- Current Blue Card
- Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
