The main duties include:

- Back office Administration
- Invoicing and stock control
- Delegating to the front of shop team
- Placing front of shop orders and dealing with reps
- Working closely with the owners to ensure the pharmacy is as well run as possible

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Previous experience in community pharmacy in Australia;
- POS experience and good computer skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Sound knowledge of the OTC Pharmacy product category;
If are not experienced in buying or POS administration but you have significant pharmacy assistant experience we would be prepared to provide training so you can progress into this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
