Designer BONDS - KIDS

We have a unique opportunity for a Designer in our Bonds KIDS Design team. Reporting to the Head Designer, you have the ability to drive design projects from concept through to execution and have a love of colour and print. This role is highly creative with a focus on option management, functional collaboration, colouring and creating têxtile repeats, and ensuring the range is cohesive. As well as your seasonal responsibilities you will also be involved in ad hoc project work which will require an efficient response and quick turnarounds. Having strong time management skills, together with a creative response, is essential.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Colour and print expertise
Creating and executing design concepts
Hands on design including fabric selection, fittings and prototype sampling
Collaborating and developing strong relationships with cross functional teams
Ability to work autonomously and as part of broader design function/team
Ability to conduct product presentations
Managing Design Assistant
Technical shape development experience
