**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:We are looking for a friendly professional person with strong admin and interpersonal skills to join our Patient Services Night Shift team. Supporting our Emergency Department Admin Officer undertaking a number of administrative duties and various other admin duties as requested by the Patient Services Management Team.
- Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidleberg
- Permanent Part Time - 9 shifts per fortnight (Week 1: 4 shifts 6.5hr and 7.5hr shifts Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu and Week 2: 5 shifts 6.5hrs Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri & Sun
- Provide support to the Admin Officer Emergency Department and Patient Services Team

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous night shift experience working working in a health setting desirable.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service.
- Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
- Reliable, team player, passionate and committed to working in a caring environment.
- Well developed computer skills including MS Word and Excel (and knowledge of iPM)
- Enthusiastic, motivated with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
