Prodigy Football is seeking a full time elite football coach to join our fast growing and dynamic team.

The role requires previous playing experience at a professional or elite level that will allow them to deliver the following outcomes and objectives:

- **Elite Technical Training**_
- Provide high level technical training both in a 1:1 and small group capacity to elite level players on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to form strong relationships with both players and parents.
- Capable of demonstrating and executing technical breakdowns of exercises to a professional level.
- Ability to mentor, relate and guide elite level players in their pursuit of reaching their footballing goals.
- **Grassroots Partnership Program**_
- Assist in delivering community programs and team based sessions with partner clubs.
- Construct and implement training plans and session modules inline with the Prodigy philosophy.
- Oversee game day commitments and competition coaching.
- **Experience & Qualifications**_
- _Previous coaching experience is essential._
- _Coaching qualifications/badges are preferred or willingness to obtain._

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
