We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who is passionate about creating engaging and exciting training and assessment materials.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, some of the key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Unpacking training packages and units of competency
- Researching course content, and engaging with industry to ensure content reflects current industry practice and the needs of our clients
- Design and develop high quality learning content including course manuals, assessments, training and assessment strategies, RPL packs, facilitator guides, mapping etc.
- Demonstrate strong English language skills, with experience in writing course materials and assessment
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing training materials, based on feedback

**About you**
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116 or, TAE40110 with the additional requirements
- An understanding and demonstrated experience working with nationally recognised training requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with others to design and develop effective learning experiences
