Workshop Supervisor

Automotive Skills specialise in servicing all makes and models of Land Rovers, including the Land Rover Defender, Discovery and Freelander.

With a huge range of parts and spares, Automotive Skills are the one stop shop when it comes to expert servicing and parts for your vehicle.

Due to ongoing growth and expansion in business, we have opened a second shop in Auburn NSW. As a result of this, we require a motivated and reliable Workshop Supervisor to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day functions of the Auburn facility.

Your key duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Handling sales inquiries, taking bookings and providing general customer service.
- Invoicing, providing quotes and upselling jobs and services.
- Organising daily deliveries and pickups as well as organising daily runs for our drivers.
- Working closely with senior management to help analyse budgets and expenditure, ensuring operation costings remain within budget.
- Engaging with external venders, ensuring we have a positive relationship and rapport in place.
- Managing and supervising all operational staff, ensuring they perform to their expected output requirements and supporting their development, training and overall productivity.
- Providing ad-hoc operational support as required.

To be successful for the role, you will need;
- Strong leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- An ability to multi-task and remain organised.
- A proactive attitude and be self motivated.
- Excellent relationship and rapport building skills.
- An ability to think outside the box and put forward new ideas.
- An understanding of budgets, costings, quotations and invoices.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auburn, NSW 2144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
