Australian Aged and Disability Care is an NDIS registered service provider that provides various support services that assist in our participants in reaching their goals.

We are currently looking for support workers to join our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to venture into the disability and healthcare industry.

Job description:
Every participant is unique with their own set of goals and needs, each day will bring something different and you will always have something to do. Daily tasks include but are not limited to;
- Community Access with participants, assisting participants in the community, arranging appointments and corresponding with allied health professionals.
- Home-care at participants home, assisting them with household tasks.
- Assist-travel/Transporting participants, non-labour travel, taking participants where they request to go in line with their goals and being mindful of choice and control.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ABN required to begin work
- Flexible availability, shift work and consistent scheduling for support workers with particular participants.
- Car with valid Australian drivers license
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check (within 6 months)
- First Aid Certificate
- Qualifications ideal but not required
- Experience ideal but training will be given to new support workers.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
