**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista and Kitchen Hand to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the café manager and other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations, from brewing perfect coffee, sandwich making and cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages
- Maintain consistency in brewing and presentation standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and sandwich making
- Ensure the café remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Take and manage orders using our POS system

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista and/or kitchen hand in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks in a small café setting
