Our client is an iconic brand in the world of fashion. They are on the look out for an experienced Store Manager to join them.

THE ROLE

You are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver a great customer experience in line with the area.

You ensure you have a great team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership.

You work in accordance with legal requirements and the company's standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Flexibility with rostering including shifts between 7am-10pm with rotating weekends.
- Strong team development skills with a key focus around succession planning.
- Lead and engage a team of 40+
- You regularly analyse and follow up your Store's Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results.
- You contribute to the business success by being results driven, business minded, a team player and a role model.
- You manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for your Store.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.
- The ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximize sales.
- The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals.
