**Do you meet these minimum requirements?**
- Passionate about aged care - helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
- Hold a current **Australian Drivers' Licence**with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for **COVID-19**:

- Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

- Live near** Newcastle NSW**or in any of the surrounding suburbs including **Bar Beach, Carrington, Cooks Hill, Hamilton East/North/South, Islington, Maryville, Merewether/ Heights, Newcastle East/West, The Hill, The Junction & Wickham**:

- Live near** Wallsend NSW**or in any of the surrounding suburbs including **Fletcher, Maryland, Minmi & Wallsend South**:

- Live near** Mayfield NSW**or in any of the surrounding suburbs including **Georgetown, Lambton, Tighes Hill, Warabrook & Waratah/West.**:

- Live near** Elermore Vale NSW**or in any of the surrounding suburbs including **Birmingham Gardens, Jesmond, North Lambton, Rankin Park, Sandgate, Shortland & Callaghan**

**What this role offers**:

- **Contract Type**: Permanent Part-Time
- **Contract Hours**: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
- **Hourly Rate**: $29.81 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Entry-Level Carers**: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- **Experienced Carers**: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports, assisting with transportation for clients.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Flexibility**: Availability Monday to Friday, Mornings & Evenings preferred
- **Healthcare experience** is a plus but not required
