As a Release Manager within Optimized Ortho, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of people, processes and technology for the Corin Ecosystem which are essential to a successful DevOps release management structure.
You will facilitate all aspects of the Ecosystem software releases including planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and deployments. You will be responsible to drive best practices for collaboration, CI/CD and QA throughout the delivery lifecycle, improving development outcomes.
**Release Management**:
- Forward plan the release of project deliverables and development life cycles
- Communicate release related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
- Identify and actively manage issues / blockers that may impact release scope, schedule and quality
- Facilitate release ceremonies e.g. stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Lead and co-ordinate Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists
- Work with the implementation team to maintain documentation related to procedures for software build instructions, release management documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and streamline of CI/CD and QA activities
**Technical Business Analysis and Product responsibilities**:
- Compile business, technical and user requirements into user stories, system designs, workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with different SME's to understand capability and product future state
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the Ecosystem product backlog and product improvements
