As an Educator in our nest, you will receive dedicated support from the Lead Educator, Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children and creates an environment where you will flourish.
- Offer a bush kinder on our premises which children visit for nature and cooking experiences
- Weekly excursions (Playground and Church Community Garden)
- Continuous staff development to upskill all Educators
- Cooking classes with service Cook
- Staff retreat with premium tea and coffee facilities
- Celebrate culture and diversity through centre celebrations
- Cert 3 and Diploma Traineeships available - 2 hrs off floor study time each week

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in ECEC or actively working towards
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
