**About The Royal Sydney Golf Club**

The Royal Sydney Golf Club, a private members club, is fortunate to be considered one of Australia’s most prominent social and sporting institutions, having proudly hosted a number of world class sporting events including the Australian Open on 15 occasions and the 2011 Davis Cup. It is recognised nationally and internationally for its world class sporting facilities which include two golf courses, 18 tennis courts, bowling greens, croquet lawns, squash courts, snooker tables, a gym, swimming pools, cafes, club bar, a dining room, accommodation rooms and multiple function rooms.

**The Role**

Your main responsibilities will be to provide "Five Star" service at all times, take orders and provide service accurately, assist with wine, clean and polish cutlery, arrange and care for table decorations as well as ensuring supply of linen for all functions.

This is a casual role offering 20-35 hours per week requiring flexibility to work during the week including evenings as well as on weekends and public holidays in line with event activities.

**To be successful, you will need the following**:

- Proven F&B experience in high end hotels or venues
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- High calibre of customer service
- Experience in a function/banquet setting
- Proven waiting skills including 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear is desirable
- Knowledge of wine and beverage offerings
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise service
- Highly developed customer engagement skills
- A valid NSW RSA is essential
- Availability to work on weekends and evenings
- Working rights in Australia
